Powdered, natural vanilla flavour. Made from high quality vanilla beans without colour or preservatives.

Method

  • To flavour fresh cream, butter cream, icecream, fillings and all kind of doughs. Usage ratio: 10 : 1000.

  • Add KOVANIL at the beginning of the mixing process. 

  • Good dosage high yield, natural vanilla flavour, to be used when a natural vanilla taste is needed, bake proof and freeze stable
