Macphie Swiscreme Dual

Description:
A dual purpose custard. Can be blended as a cold process custard which gives a firm set, making it ideal for custard slices, danish pastries, doughnuts, eclairs, trifles etc. It is heat and freeze/thaw stable and will set without forming a skin. Can also be used with hot water to make a custard suitable for pouring over desserts.
