Bakewell Tart


Ingredients:

Bakewell Filling
GAMMA AV Cake Margarine 160g Place the GAMMA AV Cake Margarine, Macaroon Paste and Syrup into a bowl fitted with a beater, cream for 5 minutes on 2nd speed. Scrape down.
Macaroon Paste 550g  
Golden Syrup 50g  
Eggs 140g Add the Eggs slowly on 1st speed over 2 minutes.
Flour 250g Sieve the Flour and Baking Powder together,
Baking Powder 7g then add to the above on 1st speed. Scrape down.
Milk 140g Add the Milk slowly on 1st speed over 2 minutes. Scrape down and mix until clear.

Method:

Deposit 100g into a 6 inch prepared foil case.

Bake at 375°F for 25minutes.

When cool brush with boiled raspberry jam, then water icing.

FOIL CASES. Block 6 inch foil cases the CARDOWAN SWEET PASTE, Spread the base evenly with Raspberry jam.
