Bakewell Tart

Ingredients:
Bakewell Filling
| GAMMA AV Cake Margarine | 160g | Place the GAMMA AV Cake Margarine, Macaroon Paste and Syrup into a bowl fitted with a beater, cream for 5 minutes on 2nd speed. Scrape down. |

| Macaroon Paste | 550g | |
| Golden Syrup | 50g | |
| Eggs | 140g | Add the Eggs slowly on 1st speed over 2 minutes. |
| Flour | 250g | Sieve the Flour and Baking Powder together, |
| Baking Powder | 7g | then add to the above on 1st speed. Scrape down. |
| Milk | 140g | Add the Milk slowly on 1st speed over 2 minutes. Scrape down and mix until clear. |
Method:
Deposit 100g into a 6 inch prepared foil case.
Bake at 375°F for 25minutes.
When cool brush with boiled raspberry jam, then water icing.
FOIL CASES. Block 6 inch foil cases the CARDOWAN SWEET PASTE, Spread the base evenly with Raspberry jam.
